In its first year of operation, SparkHaus, the 50,000-square-foot entrepreneurship hub in Covington, achieved 100% occupancy of its 35 private offices and is home to nearly 500 members, including founders, freelancers, remote workers and small business teams.
SparkHaus was the first project to benefit from Kenton County’s $13 million Site Development Fund, which is overseen by the Northern Kentucky Port Authority and funded by the Kentucky General Assembly.
