Activating the NKY Port Authority
BE NKY Growth Partnership launched an initiative to activate the NKY Port as a real estate and development tool in 2022 as part of BE NKY’s Build + Elevate NKY investor campaign. The campaign was successful in raising $4.6 million to fund the NKY Port and three additional initiatives over five years from 2022 – 2027.
Since activating the NKY Port, the team worked with Kenton County, the OneNKY Alliance and Catalytic Development Fund to make the OneNKY Center – the future home of Northern Kentucky’s growth organizations – a reality.
