SparkHaus in Covington, owned by the Northern Kentucky Port Authority, was named the recipient of the Cincinnati Preservation 2026 Preservation Excellence Awards – Adaptive Reuse Award for the transformation of a former department store into Northern Kentucky’s new hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
