The Drees Homes Foundation has contributed $250,000 to SparkHaus, an entrepreneurship hub that will locate in the former Sims Furniture building on Madison Avenue in Covington. Plans for SparkHaus include flexible office spaces, shared meeting rooms, and a ground-level cafe.
