8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Signing of Beam on site (Last chance to sign the beam!)
9:00 – 9:40 a.m. Pictures at the Beam (groups & timing will be shared with those attending)
10:00 – 10:40 a.m. Ceremony Begins and Beam is Placed
11:00 a.m. Attendees are welcome at The Gruff which is opening early
