The Northern Kentucky Port Authority and Kenton County have chosen HDR to serve as the owner’s representative and project manager for the planned Commonwealth Center for Biomedical Excellence, which will house the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law and the University of Kentucky College of Medicine’s Northern Kentucky campus.
Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
