The Northern Kentucky Port Authority, along with partners, including the City of Covington, Kenton County, and The Catalytic Fund, plans to purchase the former C&O Roundhouse and Duro Bag site at the corner of Madison Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
This $4.5 million acquisition marks a pivotal step toward pushing development south in Covington.
