The Northern Kentucky Port Authority is purchasing the former C&O Roundhouse and Duro Bag site on Madison Avenue, featuring eight acres of empty factory space.
NKY Port Executive Director Christine Russell said the organization is getting funding help from the City of Covington, Kenton County, The Catalytic Fund, and BE NKY Growth Partnership.
