This 26-acre site in Fort Mitchell, formerly the home of the Drawbridge Inn, will house a large mixed-use development featuring restaurant and retail space, two healthcare office buildings for St. Elizabeth, and The Ormsby, a 203-unit luxury senior living community.
In August 2024, the Kenton County Planning Commission approved a plan for this development.
