This 26-acre site in Fort Mitchell, formerly the home of the Drawbridge Inn, will house a large mixed-use development featuring restaurant and retail space, two healthcare office buildings for St. Elizabeth, and The Ormsby, a 203-unit luxury senior living community.
In August 2024, the Kenton County Planning Commission approved a plan for this development.

In October 2023, Kenton County Fiscal Court approved $2 million in site development funds courtesy of the county’s $13 million site development fund administered by the Northern Kentucky Port Authority. An MOU between the NKY Port and Kenton County was approved in January 2024.
