Niagara Bottling, a manufacturer of bottled water and soft drinks, is locating a new $129.8 million production facility in Elsmere at the 52-acre C5 Airport East Logistics Center site. This investment will create 60 new full-time jobs.
The new facility will include 436,800 square feet of advanced manufacturing space, including beverage production and distribution operations. Niagara Bottling plans to begin construction of this facility in early 2025.

In August 2024, the Kenton County Fiscal Court approved $669,000 for the relocation of power transmission lines at this site. This money came from the county’s $13 million site development fund, which is administered by the Northern Kentucky Port Authority.
