SparkHaus is on schedule to open its doors this summer, and the goal is for this new entrepreneurial hub to accommodate between 200-300 people every day.
The 47,000-square-foot building will feature more than 170 individual desks and shared meeting spaces on the first floor, and 31 dedicated offices (designed for two to 12 people) on the second floor.
