The Northern Kentucky Port Authority is partnering with the City of Covington, Kenton County, and The Catalytic Fund to purchase the former C&O Roundhouse and Duro Bag site, a more-than-200,000-square-foot industrial building, for $4.5 million.
“The purchase and future development of the former Duro Bag site is a watershed moment for Covington’s Westside and Eastside neighborhoods,” said Covington Mayor Ron Washington. “This transformational project shows what’s possible when we partner with our regional organizations to drive bold, strategic investment.”
