A multi-story luxury senior living center is planned for a 26-acre site in Fort Mitchell that was formerly the home of the Drawbridge Inn. The Ormsby will offer 67 one-bedroom units, 136 two-bedroom units, and 48 beds in a health center. The center’s health services will be operated in partnership with St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

In August 2024, the Kenton County Planning Commission approved a plan for this large, mixed-use development that will also include a medical office, business center, restaurants, and retail spaces.
