The Northern Kentucky Port Authority is partnering with the City of Covington, Kenton County and The Catalytic Fund to redevelop an eight-acre industrial property in Covington.
This property was first used more than 150 years ago as a railroad repair facility and offices, and later became a production facility for the Duro Bag Manufacturing Company.
